Rezume is an AI-powered platform that helps software engineers analyse, tailor, and optimise their resumes for specific job descriptions. The Service is operated by Rezume, based at 117, LaxmiVihar, New Delhi – 110043, India.

All services are delivered digitally via the internet. No physical goods are shipped.
To use certain features, you may be required to provide your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session token and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Paid plans (Pro and Elite) are billed on a monthly basis. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Rezume to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable plan amount each billing cycle.

All content, branding, software, and design elements of Rezume are the intellectual property of Rezume and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the resume content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Rezume a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Rezume does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in job interviews or offers. AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only and should be reviewed by the user before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of employment opportunities.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Rezume reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
