Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident buying. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Refund window: 2 days from the date of purchase
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
1. Overview
Rezume offers digital subscription services (Pro and Elite plans). Because our services are delivered instantly upon payment, we offer a limited refund window as described below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your original payment date
- You have not used the paid features (AI tailoring, template downloads) more than a reasonable trial amount
- Your request is submitted via email to support@rezume.work with your registered email address and payment reference
Refund requests submitted after the 2-day window will not be eligible, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The 2-day refund window has elapsed
- The plan has been used to generate more than 3 AI-tailored resumes during the billing period
- The refund request cannot be matched to a valid payment record
- The account was suspended for violation of our Terms & Conditions
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@rezume.work with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay payment ID or order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- The reason for your refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 2 working days of approval.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Razorpay processing: 1–2 working days
- Credit to your bank account / card: 3–5 additional working days
- Total timeline: 5–7 working days from approval
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to process refunds to a different account or payment method.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@rezume.work. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — refund eligibility is governed by Section 2 above
